Title: Show home cleans

Does anybody do showhomes? Wondering how often they need cleaning as I been asked to quote for some. (Still on a building site)

Inside and out, so what should the rate be for insides? Do you usually charge double for in and out or more?

we do a sales house twice per month and do the outsides only we charge 25.00 per clean .

we also do the sales office twice per month in and out and charge 50.00 per clean

I did an estate a couple of years ago. They kept changing the show home as the punters were buying them. I charged £20 weekly. Just tell them that they need to be tip to 24/7 or they won't sell.

i have done these on the weekly in the past and they will pay you well. dont be shy of pricing well.

I do a show home once a month internal/external and charge them £60  the show home does have a conny but its not massive

We do 2 showhomes + offices on a weekly basis. Used to be in and out weekly but the insides have dropped to once a month now.

Still a nice little earner though  ;D

We used to do builders cleans and keep the showhomes looking A1 on the majority of the local building sites in staffordshire until the building trade went pear shaped 3 years ago. We or should I say I had major issues getting paid in the end and due to that I won't go anywhere near them until the climate picks up dramatically.

All was very good whilst it was good though so now could be the time to get back into it.
