Title: Di Resin tanks?

I was away getting some Di resin today and I was told that the size of your tank makes a difference in how long your resin lasts. I have a 6l tank but I was told that a 11.5 tank is better and it will make my resin last longer is this true?

i have a 25L DI vessel and it lasts around 6 months before needing fresh resin,im DI only but my tap water is usually only 35-40tds.

of course the bigger the vessel the longer the  gap before it needs changing!! ;) ;D ;D ;D
