Title: unloader valve on pressure washer

getting excessive vibration from unloader when on bi pass. started yesterday. i have a tech clean 13hp machine about 5 years old and it is run quite often on bipass for short periods as fixed in trailer. any advice about how to replace if needed?

What do you mean vibration - is it pulsing ? If it is then its usually a leak on the hose, gun, or fittings. Disconnect the return hose and water should not run out when the trigger is pulled if the correct nozzle is fitted and its not blocked. If you get one from Jan she offers one with all the fittings in and you only need an adjustable to undo the one nut to change it.

yes it was pulsing and making a right racket. today it was fine but turns out one of the nozzles on the fsc must have been partially blocked  the nozzle packed in today. changed nozzles seems ok now.
