Hi all it's been a while. I am selling up and want to know how to sell value my round. In total it's worth over £1000.
Want to say thanks to all the people that have helped me over the past 3 1/2 years.

Thanks about the website I built it myself through office live believe it or not. I will be sad to see it go but it's not supporting my finances. How do I work out the monthly wage as it consists of 81 properties ranging from 2-6 weeks and one commercial at 14 weeks which  is a good earner.

Work out your yearly takings then devide it by 12 thats a rough monthly income,
then most rounds are priced at about 3 or 4 times there monthly takings.

try the average monthly income over a year
