i might be moving house soon and going to a house with a meter, what is the rough cost of water, i think its per cubic meter isnt it?

£1.80 ish per cubic metre Lee

it depends who your supplier is. it will tell you on their website.

i heard .072p per 1 thousand liters used and the same drained in my last house,it must be different per supplier but cant be alot more then that

last time i done my mathe and looked into it was costing me a fiver to fill my 500ltr tank bearing in mind thats a 1000 litres as hald down teh drain.

The amount of water im getting through just so get some pure concerns me as im on a meter, but im going to set up my water filtering gear at my dads as he's not on a meter and not on the main sewer, also im going to drain my waste to tanks so he can use that with his pressure washer.

Thats it im moving , my water last time i checked was £4.50 per cubic metre !
Mind you thats South West Water , we gotta pay extra for when all you imigrants come here on your hols and trash our beaches ;D ;D ;D
