Title: "Refined" another PIA today

Had this guy on the round since last June / July ... £8 monthly.

Been ok until recently and had 1 can u leave it this time as off on holiday ... strike 1

last time he was out so just finished as he pulled up in car ... their still wet wont they spot so explained wfp AGAIN  ::)

went today he was in again leave them this time so I scrubbed him off round for good.

strangely didnt pick a new customer up today so sure one will come along tomorrow  ;D

rekon only got about 5 or 6 messers left now all got one strike against them so see how we fare with them this time around.

Spring is trimming time. Get rid of the dead wood mate. Never dump, just replace crap custies with new custies.

gone thru a good spell of new customers coming to me so scrubbed him and hopefully 1 will come along soon or will have to do some canvassing at weekend

i find this with some new customers ive taken on.last week i had 2 say can u leave it till next month,this was my second clean on these so wasnt happy(i try and explain im runnin a cleaning business and need to do the cleans on a regular basis whether wkly monthly or 6wkly etc)obvously u do get geniune cutomers and have 2 make exceptions ie holidays sickness etc

arrived today and the fellah came rushing out, leave it this time weve got no money .     ok i say but didnt your neighbour leave HIS money with you last time ?

oh,did he ,mmmm im not sure

 5mins later off he hurrys  down to the cashpoint to get me the neighbours money
