Title: Benefits of Carpet maintenace
Post by: Simon Gerrard on March 27, 2011, 04:36:15 pm: We've got a prospective hotel client that is thinking of starting a carpet cleaning plan. The Managers are sold on it but the directors want to know the benefit against the cost before deciding one way or the other.
Anyone know of any research that has been done into the subject inparticular the difference bewteen them doing it themselves with portable and use with a TM and RX20?

i just noticed the a few of the more recent requests from people with very little input into the forum, now is it just me or do you guys actually go about doing any thing yourself? sorry if i sound blunt but i posted a link that gives you loads of info.......... just a little work on your computer and you have all the graphs ,facts info you want .
Am i been harsh ? i dont think so , i try to do things myself and if i,m stuck and need help ill ask once I have tried to help myself.

But then I do alot of work and searching myself so if an oppurtunity comes up where someone is offering something that might be of interest basically free of charge I'll take it!
On the other hand I can see the other side of the coin and with so many asking I would probably be put off emailing them all :-\

Yep, I agree and like already mentioned - well said Geoff. Thats what gets on my nerves - a forum full of lurkers just taking, taking and never posting a dam thing. This is why I withold certain info. Thousands of members, but only a handful of regular posters. Sad but true.
