There are different strengths.... the neater you use it the better it will work... obviously depends which ratio tfr you bought.

I use Viro-sol (citrus cleaner)

heavy dirt - neat
general - 1:50 - 1:100
light - 1:200

I use mine 1:23 + half a bottle of washing liquid (shaken, not stirred). This works well for me even on the greenest conny roof's and fascia as you can see

Here is my arsenal

5L Garden sprayer from B&Q - http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/nav.jsp?action=detail&fh_secondid=9956447&fh_view_size=150&fh_start_index=0&fh_sort_order=1&fh_sort_by=_price_rrp_min&fh_location=%2f%2fcatalog01%2fen_GB&fh_search=sprayer&fh_eds=%c3%9f&fh_refview=search&isSearch=true (http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/nav.jsp?action=detail&fh_secondid=9956447&fh_view_size=150&fh_start_index=0&fh_sort_order=1&fh_sort_by=_price_rrp_min&fh_location=%2f%2fcatalog01%2fen_GB&fh_search=sprayer&fh_eds=%c3%9f&fh_refview=search&isSearch=true)

Virosol cleaning fluid (similar to tfr but smells real nice) - http://www.thecleaningwarehouse.co.uk/clover-viro-sol-citrus-based-cleanerdegreaser-169-p.asp (http://www.thecleaningwarehouse.co.uk/clover-viro-sol-citrus-based-cleanerdegreaser-169-p.asp)

Ladders - http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/nav.jsp?action=detail&fh_secondid=9273855&fh_view_size=150&fh_location=%2f%2fcatalog01%2fen_GB&fh_search=ladders&fh_eds=%c3%9f&fh_refview=search&isSearch=true (http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/nav.jsp?action=detail&fh_secondid=9273855&fh_view_size=150&fh_location=%2f%2fcatalog01%2fen_GB&fh_search=ladders&fh_eds=%c3%9f&fh_refview=search&isSearch=true)

Vikan sill brush - great for cleaning up the finals (i have the red & green one) - http://www.windowcleaningwarehouse.co.uk/shop/brush-heads/vikan-hi-lo-brush.html (http://www.windowcleaningwarehouse.co.uk/shop/brush-heads/vikan-hi-lo-brush.html)

Am going to get a multipurpose ladder like this one http://www.midlandladders.com/products/Multi_Purpose_Scaffold_Ladder_System-168-0.html (http://www.midlandladders.com/products/Multi_Purpose_Scaffold_Ladder_System-168-0.html) to give me height - step ladders i use can wobble quite a bit.

Am going to convert another sprayer to a pole for fascias
