Title: The only problem when the sun shines bright

I have had 3 complaints by email today! ::) >:(

So my relaxing Sunday is to go check the tds in both vans and make sure the brush heads are clean.

Then re-clean on Monday and face 3 happy customers.

Whats the betting i wouldn't of had the emails if the sky's were grey today :P

could be there insides r mingin steve n because of the sun shining and windows being clean its showin up dirty insides!!1

problem is i have an important meeting monday so i won't be able to inspect them.

the joys of it eh? nothing like a relaxing weekend is there ;)

Do any of you guys charge for an internal Trad clean if you turn up and find the outsides are fine?

i normally don't quibble and just re-clean. if i'm on the job i inspect them and slap them about if they are in the wrong :-X :)

got one custy you could pee on the windows and they would not notice. the insides are so brown from smoke you cant even see the insides.
hope they never ask me to do inside, would have to book a week off for them, and can you even get titan green in 25 ltr drums
