Title: Method Statement

Could anybody please send me a copy of a basic metheod statement for an office carpet clean.

All my stuff was lost when the dog killed my computer the other week (nope I hadn't backed up :( ) and can't find a printed copy anywhere!!

You ain't gonna believe it but my hard drive has died so thats everything down the pan. Luckily had a few bits on this pc but no docs like that. Sorry.

Pete mate I feel for you, It sucks, I had so many family pics stored, all my business stuff and loads of movies etc and it's all gone  :'( :'(

And the amount of times I've heard "did you back up"
I want to slap them all lmao

I back up weekly now like
