Hi All
For a water container do most of you power washers use a wheelie bin with a hozelock fitting on the side and stop cock or is there a better solution?
Any advice appreciated, cheers.

wheelie bin and just drop hose inside it and weigh it down with hose from tap filling bin up

1000 litre urpright and a 400 litre upright both with hose lock stop cocks and by pass inlet :D or if you have a small van use a wheelie bin. but you cant carry water in it.

hi tom i use a 400ltr bin a bit like a "pregnant" wheelie bin & big enough to have sign writing on when customers water pressure is bad it gives me a buffer to work with i have a half inch ball valve fitted so i get maximum fill i have a site tube fitted cos i could not get a clear wheelie bin
i have two "plugin" sockets for the pressure washer all fittings are brass and the "plugin" sockets trade name is "geka" a professional product
for me to see bits of hoses dangling in&out of a nicked council wheelie bin or mangled 45gallon barrel or even sometimes i have heard on here a "bucket" and plastic hoselock fittings is just so un-professional if the customer is paying give the something to be confident about

Thanks very much for the info guys, I really do appreciate it. I am "sliding " into power washing from window cleaning and am getting more jobs lined up. Just spent a few grand on the new washer and flat surface cleaner and need this container sorted now. I will struggle on with the wheelie bin for the next couple of jobs and try to get the same kind of set up as John asap.
