Title: wimbledon small commercial

Got a small commercial that we can longer service. (not enough in the area).
Right next to stadium.
It goes £30+vat monthly outside. 20 mins
£50+vat every third month in and out.  50 mins.
Good payers. Every 30 days without fail by cheque.
