Looks like 100 hours of service. Thats a good deal for someone i'm sure it wont stay at £500 for long tho, there's still 4 days to go.

On the face of it this looks great but i suppose i wonder why someone would trade a van in with an excellent(if 100 hours then nearly new) truckmount worth absolutely thousands of pounds in the back.Hopefully i am just being a cynical old git but i would suggest looking at it and finding out as much info as poss.Regards Alan(swindon)

On the TM forum, Hydramasters owner John Gotts posted that this machine was purchased in 2005 and has been frozen.
He adds it will require a lot of work and money for it to work again.

If you enlarge the pic of the hour meter i think you will find it says 1100 hours,
which for an 05 would be about right. May be typo error.

If you think that you are going to get a real bargain buying a secondhand truckmount then make sure that you that you have plenty of money in the bank to put it right.
The truckmouint world is quite a small one and it is easy to get info on a machine and its history. Anything worth buying will not go for peanuts.
My 1st machine was a 2nd hand purchase and one which I knew the history of, even with that knowledge it was not a wise investment. My 1st service cost £1100 and there was always something going wrong with it and spent more time working on it than working with it.
People moan about the cost of maintaining protables, truckmounts you can multiply that by 10. It is not something you can buy and run on the cheap, they earn good money and you have to make the investment to get that. the best thing that I did was to lease a new machine, you either need to do that or buy a sencondhand machine off a good dealer like Hydramaster  that is willing to put a warantee on it.

He did reply and said it one hundred hours and point six to be exact.

You will be getting your money back at that rate Steve, good investment.
