Hi Richard.
Got my terminal now. Did you start using yours straight away by reading the instructions or were you shown how to use it by the rep? Tried one transaction last night which worked ok so I can start using it tomorrow. Do you keep it turned on all day or do you turn it on and off as you use it?
Cheers, Clive

clive    you prob found as i did easy to setup install   . just punch in merchant id number and it automatically downloads software from various card providers.   i leave mine on charge overnight so basically whenever i am home its on the charge dock.

you will need to reconcile your terminal every now and again sing your retailer card  easy to do  if you get in a muddle give us a buzz

regards

Rich

I`ve got the same one Rich. If you push the yellow `clear` button and the star button next to the enter button at the same time, it turns off. Then, when you push the bottom left hand button thats got a little circle with a 1 inside it, it turns it back on. Have you got the 930g?

Well that was fun. Did my first transaction today for £110. Customer, an elderly lady was very impressed by the terminal. Anyway i keyed in the £110 and obviously forgot to push enter. I then gave it to my customer to put her pin number in and then push enter. Looked at the screen and her 4 numbers had gone on to the total, giving a grand total of over £110,000!! Anyway, between us we worked out how to cancel the transaction and start again!
