Spares are sent out automatically where necessary. Some of the latest batch of Aqua-dapters have the new stronger springs, which should last a lot longer!
BTW, have we mentioned that Aqua-dapter won both the Window Cleaning Product/Service, and the overall Innovation Award at the Cleaning Show, chosen by a panel of industry experts, from 97 entries in 12 categories? ;D

You asked this question a couple of weeks ago and we explained that on the product page http://www.aqua-dapter.co.uk/products/Carbon-Gooseneck-Adapter.html (http://www.aqua-dapter.co.uk/products/Carbon-Gooseneck-Adapter.html) it clearly says "Expected release date is 4th Apr 2011", hence the reason it is reduced as a special pre-order price.
So no, we haven't forgotten you ;)
As soon as they are ready we will be sending them out, you will receive one of the first ones as you placed an early order.

i bought the 1st aqua dapter when they first come out at a very good price £45 inc vat n del ...
maybe i bought one too early! as a week or so later they improved it loads .... and bought out the new one!

I just looked up your order... I think it was toward the end of August last year?

red pole hose? do tell more
The red hose is the new hose we officially released 21st Feb: http://aquadapter.wordpress.com/2011/02/21/new-hose/ (you should have had an email about it just before the Cleaning Show).
It has even less stretch, is more durable and doesn't tangle like some reported they had experienced with the yellow, although there is some coil memory.
The current batch is red http://www.aqua-dapter.co.uk/categories/Extra-Hose/ but we are changing the colour following feedback from our testers, some who bought at the show may have a different colour, but it has exactly the same properties. The product shots will be updated soon.
