I just get the ladder up there, have a wet cloth dipped in soapy water and clean off the moss/muck from the gutter, then go over it with a dry cloth to leave it nice and clean, nearly all guttering comes up really well, and is quite easy to clean. For cleaning the leaves/muck out of the gutter I just go up the ladder with a black bin bag and use my hands to put all the gunk in, is messy but quick, you have to hold the bin bag with one hand though which Is a bit annoying! I charge £30 a side of gutters, (3 bed average house) and more on bigger houses, although if they want inside and outside of the gutters/fascias cleaned I charge more like £40 a strip at least, and explain the two seperate jobs. Hopefully you'll get the regular windows from doing these jobs as well, as gutters is usually once a year from my expeirence! Good luck Jason

Turtle wax is really cheep at Halfords and i mix with abit of fairy, you can use your applicator to soap up the gutter really well and maybee a small sponge (tesco about 12p) to do the little brackets and that, then i just dry with a scrim/microfibre, get some ladder mits and stick the ladder under the guttering so you dont have to keep going back on your self,
