I used to also used to trad downs , not anymore pole all the way it has to be. not just for speed, cos sometimes it aint that much faster but cos it allows me to work in the rain , if i was trading downs all cloths would get wet very fast...

I clean a small upper flat for £8 - 4 windows & a door every 8wks.

The trad guy that cleans the old dear below has called every 4wks & both flats got egged just after xmas.
I cleaned my flat all upvc & glass straight away & left it all imaculate.

The Trad guy has been twice before i visited again - he has left the egg, shell, yolk, poop all down the old womans window & just cleaned the glass.

Price for quality & do a proper job.

egg is hard to get off the frames if its been there weeks!

i picked a new granny flat up the other week(i clean a big block of them)and the back 2 windows were covered in rotten egg!!had to get my ladders out and scrape like mad!!!still some egg on the frame though as didnt want to scrape the frames as i would damage it!nightmare!! ::)

when i was trad i would just clean glass and sills with frames extra unless it was a well priced job.

now frames, sills, doors and in some cases garage doors are included.gives you an edge on the competition!! ;) ;D ;D
