Hi,
Does anyone know where i can get one of the above. Mines just  packed up !

Contacted wcw but they dont stock them

I got a smart charger from Maplin. Make sure its a smart with the light that tells you when its fully charged.

just get a extra battery and charge from car charger just swap batteries  when fully charged. other wise hewitts do em. these chargers aint very reliable shows green when you need a extra 30 mins charge this is why i do this at least i know its charged can get the batteries fron radio controlled model places

Just cut the wires of the charger and use any 12volt car charger

Mine broke after one week bin doin this eversince.

Hi has anyone got a link for the smart chargers then? Iv got one of the yellow and black backpacks with the thick jack plug and my charger melted so need a charger soon.

i bought  car battery charger from halfords already had croc clips on .bit of a poch opening up backpack to charge battery ,but safer than using the one supplied with the backpack .the last one i had .the wires melted on the charger .SO DONT LEAVE IT ON CHARGE OVERNIGHT ,JUST IN CASE OF IT CURSING A FIRE
