based up north near manchester somewhere, hes been there now a few months, and has told me his working day, 7.30am start till 6.30pm, then 6-9.30pm collecting for £5 per hour. anyone else think that is really bad?

He probably needs to earn money and is being taken advantage of for being a hard grafter.

thats what he says about 70 hrs a week! i would be dead, i only do about 5hrs a day, 3-4 days a week!

For the last few months it has been dark by 5 so how can he be working till 6.30!

If he was a mate of mine I would have him on board, paid a bit more. I could use somebody who is prepared to put in a good days work on a regular basis.

hes about 20, yes got a licence.

Tell him to put his name and phone number up on here and advertise that he will wfp and collect the money as an employee anywhere in the country 9 hours a day and I bet someone will offer him a good job. Someone will probably help to relocate him!

its so hard to find a decent worker in london with a licence,if i ever did i would love him and make his days really nice and pay him properly ! at least £8 an hour or £10 .... no collecting just clean windows.
