Has anyone got any wording they use on thier literature to ebncourage pain in the arse late payers o pay more regularly.
Im going to be imposing terms and conditions and need to have some decent wording.

I'm begining to think that once a later payer has attached themselves to you, you will never change that. I'm starting to get rid of those who want clean windows but when it comes to payment, the cigs and beer come first. It's always the same people - replace them first and then let them go.
If fuel does reach £2.00 a liter as per the news this morning, then these late payers aren't going to get any better.

What I have down is give them 10 days to pay if not paid, the bill goes up £2.50after that its 5 quid monthly I badger them after 14 days by text and card through there letter. I will not take any excuses I just agree and still stick to increase. Its worked very well.I have had a guy pay after 5 months. I never get rude just persistent.At the start I take the route that they are being forgetful.And just intensify the calls cards and texts.I will even call and text at 10.00 pm and 6 in the morning.It has worked me.
