Very good portables, had mine 3 years with no problems whatsoever, ran 3 lengths of hose from the van easily.

Been using it again for the last two days when tm was down

They are good machines , I used one for 3-4 yrs before changing to an airflex. Definitely one up on other twin vacs prochem etc as I had them before.
Still got mine in garage , dont know whether to sell or keep as a backup.

A machine is reliable as its owner makes it. Look after it, service it and clean it and it should last for years. If you buy second hand my advice is strip it down and clean and service every part and check wiring then rebuild. That gives you a good starting block as you know everything is as it should be.
