I know it's not that exciting, but it does get better!
I purchased a Wagtail Flipper from WCW earlier this week, well it arrived yesterday. I opend the jiffy envelope only to find the handle (plastic) had snapped clean off!
I got straight on their website to report the problem via their 'contact page', no response!
This morning I emailed them, directly using their email address this time, yet still no response all day.
I guess i'm glad I made the decision to pay using Paypal and not my Debit Card. If WCW won't talk to me, maybe they will talk with Paypal ???
I'm not sure if i'm allowed to talk about supplier problems on these forums but I guess it is ok as there appears to be a certain amount of 'Brodex' bashing that goes on.

I have learned through previous experience, when there is a problem, write!
I cannot 'hold them' to what they say but I can 'hold them' to what they write!
Surely, a busy Company these days prefer email contact?

It would be pretty hard to snap of to say the least. A jiffy bag you say. I suspect courier damage mate.
WCW will see you ok though. Just call them, record it if you must.

I thought the packaging was a little unsubstantial when it arrived. This thing cost me £34.02 delivered, but I have read some great things.
The handle is only plastic and quite 'angled' so the driver would have only had to stand on it.
I will try the phone after I have given them a little more time to respond to my emails, I don't think I will go to the trouble of recording it though ;)

Ok, a quick update.
Stephen from WCW has replied to my email and is offering to send a replacement Flipper, obviously I am grateful.
Also I have been offered an explaination as to why it took a while to reply to my email. A lot of their staff are attending the Cleaning Show!
So, happy all round. Thank you WCW.

is it the grey bit thats broke ?if it is and you ever want to sell the broken one id buy ,at a third of the price? only if its a blue one.

When you email window cleaning warehouse they do take a while to respond.. but they always reply.

A kind offer, but I think I will keep this one for spares myself as I don't think they are too robust! ;)
