Our local hardware store has started ot rent these wonderful machines....this punter phoned and said he had been let down and they had booked the machine out to someone else, and he was booked in to clean two houses today.....now the dilema.. ???
I still have my old machines gathering dust...so i hired him my polaris sold him some chemicals.
When he came back he said he will never bother with RD again and come back to me.
Ok he is taken work of me...but i look at if you can't beat them join them, i made a few bob for not doing anything.
It just goes to show there are a lot of people playing at this game...we do need a decent regulator or something

That's a difficult one Paul, but at least you made some money out of the situation yourself mate ;)
You know better than most that these type of idiots with crap machines and no skill don't last long... They come and they go!
I still believe that eventually, even RD renters come running to the proper C/C when they are fed up with cleaning their own carpets 3 times a year due to rapid re-soiling. I have a few RD refuges on my books now ;D

good point Colin....at least i tried to educate him on how to do the job correctly...more than what he recieved when he picks the RD up from "spotty sam" who has just left maccies..for a carear in hardware!!

IMO RDr would do themselves a huge favour if they supplied better chemicals as the ones they sell just make the carpet sticky.
