Prochem Fluoroseal plus.
About £40 for 5L, you'll need about 500ml at most.
Just spray it on.

Fabric protectors like Scotchgard and Teflon are essential to help prevent severe soiling. Without fabric protection, soil can actually build up and permanently stain fabric. Protectors also give you a chance to blot up common spills quickly so that they do not penetrate. Protectors extend the life and beauty of a fabric.

Aquaseal from Prochem for upholstery.
