Any advice on method and price appreciated

There are several makes of this Altro Mondopave probaly the most common.
cleaning depending on the level of soiling, i normally use citra concentrate
and a rotowash R4 Or you could use a rotary with poly scrub brush.
-
Be careful on the ph levels because if you use a high ph the colour will start to bleed! i always use a neutral ph

Search 'Altro' as there's a fair bit been done one here in the past.

It is important to sweep or mop dust and debris away.
When mopping for daily maintenance, the mop needs to be almost dry.
For weekly maintenance, wet mop the whole area and wait for it to dry before you use it again.
There are special treatments that you can do for your rubber flooring like a floor restorative which should be done once or twice a year to make sure that your rubber’s quality is upheld.

Mt Thoughts were that it was a non slip rubber type flooring that someone has either sealer or polished and needed stripped. I have padded one as a test and it scratches it. its like Altro Mondopave
Needs a brush with alkali i think to clean then just leave it alone, or maybe a seal and polish depending on what they want to pay.
Thanks to Nick from Solutions for the call btw, you really were helpful

Graeme.
If you use an alkali don't forget to use an acidic rinse.
High alkalinity can damage rubber flooring.

Graeme, yes they can scratch up loose the colour a bit to, thats why i mentioned using a poly scrub brush on the rotary and not the hard nylon brush.
Q. ARE THEY 500MM X 500MM TILES?
Has it been sealed before you can apply two thin coats of metallised or buffable
emulsion polish to this flooring it is not safety flooring
