Title: roof moss

Can any body tell me if their is a chemical that can be applied to a roof to prevent the growth of moss  after it has been cleaned , i have a custy to see tommorow asking me this question .

    * Cut back any overhanging branches to allow more light onto the roof
    * Remove any existing moss - more info on our roof moss removal page
    * Treat the roof with a fungicide to kill off any spores
    * Ask neighbouring property owners to remove their moss and slow down the spreading of spores
    * If you have a suitable roof design and tile profile you can install copper strips to the roof, when rainwater comes into contact with copper it releases copper oxides
