Nearly 7 years for me as well but still want one

Brilliant effort mate; now you're not going to be one of the dirty scanks that think it's okay to drop their fAg ends on the floor for me to pick up ;)
-
Well done and many congrats. It will be 2 years for me May 29th this year. Don't even think about it now but can smell a smoker at 100 yards.
-
Coming up 13 years for me since I quit
-
i quit when i was 20 i think when i came back from holiday in cyprus, 10 years for me now,you dont realise how disgusting it is till you quit for about 12 months,i cant understand why women quit for 9 months when up the duff then want to spark up

August 4th last year, it was easier than I thought. Allen Carr's book did it for me and Mrs Cozy. Saved loads of money. We were on 50 a day each!!!

cozy, with all the money your saving now you could be earning an extra £39,000 a year and not have to work any harder ;D

PMSL yeah!!! I could buy thousands and thousands of mars bars with that!!! ;D ;D ;D

I gave up 2 years ago after smoking 30 a day. i just went cold turkey, no one in the house smokes now and cos i'm working on my own it doesn't bother me.
I have had 2 tho in stressful time's but thats it. i still fancy one every now again.
I can be behind someone who is smoking and its stinks must be cheapo's then I can stand behind another person and i think hmmmm could just do with a cig.
Then thats it...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK FELLA ;D ;D ;D
-
Well done fella, i quit over 16 months ago using chamix.
Keep up the good work, there will always be times when u fancy a f*g, just like there will always be times when you fancy a beer or a mars bar or even a kebab lol
-
I think that most quitters still get the odd crave for a few seconds here and there. I used to get a twinge after breakfast or after a beer. I wonder if that stops after a long time. The cough I had before I quit was gone in a week! I feel alot fitter. I'm not an anti-smoker either. Smokers don't bother me. It's their health and money. 8)

I agree everyone to there own. If I want to smoke again I will, It's my money but I don't. Like you say no cough a lot fitter and food tastes better or shes got better at cooking ;D ;D ;D

Well done to all of you. I've read Allen Carrs book. I even clean one of their clinics. I've had hypnotherapy. Used patches more times than I care to remember. Cold turkey,Champix, inhalers, gums and I still smoke. Got I'm depressed now. Think I'm gonna light up :-\

Because not all of us wanna spend the last ten years of our lives p*ssing our pants, being fed slop in a home and paying £2,000 a month for the priveledge ;D ;D ;D
-
Thinking about it.................it's gonna save me a fortune, this smoking lark ;D
-
congrats from me too, but not wanting to be a spoil sport i hope anyone that stops smoking does so for themselfs and not for others, its a choice thing, i strongly believe in peoples choice about what they do and not what society expects. i do mean good luck and hope you keep it up, i dont smoke but dont mind people that do
