Post by: Lee GLS on February 26, 2011, 10:30:14 pm: i dont think it can ever come down to how many house you clean a day, i go by how much i want to earn then clean the number of houses i need to make a certain daily rate. House prices can range from £10 to £50, so quantity is irrelevant.

You beat me to it mate, thats exactly how i work, work to a target of £xxxx every day, makes good motivation.

i totally agree,i have the same system,once ive done my figure i finish whatever the time or how many houses

Post by: PAIN IN THE GLASS on February 27, 2011, 11:14:39 am: I try to do min of 10 property's a day plus my usual com's in the morning and that is starting at 6.30am- 08.30am on com's back home for breakfast and a nose on here. Then back out about 9.30 then thats me until I finish. I always try to do more tho if the weather 4cast looks crap for the coming week.

Its best to try do 7-8 hours a day as you dont know when the crap weather will hit
