I've not used it but looking at the numbers it seems to be a fairly heavy pole for carbon fibre at over a kilo or 50% more than the SLX.  The closed length I think is 7'6" as the sections are 7'1".  However it might be very durable and rigid.

Just a thought, the pole won't be 36' long more like 31' or 32', most pole suppliers state the reach of there pole not the actual length.  Have you looked at the alternatives, if your looking for price then a fishing pole is good, very rigid and at that height the modulars start to come into their own or you can't go wrong with the the SLX.

Simon.

I have one from their offer last year.

I don't think its a 100% carbon. looks like a composite pole to me after seeing the difference between gardiners and brodex.

I have never used a slx but i would say it probably would be miles ahead of the brodex ones. After using an smax and an sl2
