What do you use to remove from carpeting?

Enzall then Chemspec Help Mate with 100% success rate.

You need to spray the area with enzall to break down the proteins & sugars in the orange juice, give 10 to 15 minutes of dwell, rinse with f&f rinse. Then mix your equal quantities of bottle A and bottle B (wear gloves and don't breathe the vapour)and spray on the stain. Agitate, then give a few minutes dwell time. The stain should disappear. Re-rinse with f&f rinse and Bob's your uncle.
