For graffiti removal, it best that you know what you are doing.
If you use the wrong stuff you will perminantly damage the windows frames.
Is the graffiti is on the walls too?

not sure yet, going on monday to have a look, will try and take some pictures if possible,

Are the frames PVC? because alot of chemicals in graffiti removal products damage the PVC and discolour it.
Your best bet is to find a few graffiti removal product suppliers and call them and just tell them what you need to do and they should be able to advise you on the best product.

Titan Oil-Flo (not the 141) is advertised as suitable for grafiti removal and Titan say it has won awards.
May be worth a look at.
