when i got my trolley i asked on here what the best flow rate was and  i was told between 1.5 ltrs - 2 ltrs per minute so i filled a 500ml jug and timed it until i filled it in 15sec for 2 ltrs per min and 30 secs for one ltr per min.

on my trolley the setting is 25 for 1 ltr per min and 35 for 2 ltrs per minute but on your trolley it may be a different setting  ;D ;D

I have the purefreedom controller and have it anywhere between 40 and 60.
I would have it on 40 to start with and as you speed up increase the flow rate.

Err  looks like the crap  running down  top of frame  is spotty

How much water used depends on how big the mansion you live in bumper?  ;D
Don't worry about it. 1st cleans with wfp will leech all the crap out from the window frames and any joins.
I reckon if you go round them again using the same method they will come up fine.

Most disagreed when i mentioned it on here before, but on 1st cleans i always went back to inspect at the end of the day.
Yes it was time consuming the 1st time round.
But once i'd seen which jobs came up fine 1st time, afterwards  i made the time up by flying around these jobs and spending a bit more time on problem jobs or windows.
The good thing about wfp is that once you get the windows clean that 1st time, they will be good to go afterwards. It's getting that 1st clean good that takes the time. The more thorough you are initially the easier they become in future.

im 80% WFP/20%TRAD and use around 250L ON A FULL DAYS WORK!(9AM-5PM)

BUMPER IT WILL GET BETTER!!clean your windows again tommorrow and see how they dry.they should be ok by the third clean!! ;) ;D ;D

ive
heard of a few window cleaners going back to the ladders near me.

one guy overloaded his van and knackered his suspension coupled with complaints etc.that tipped him over the edge and went running back to what he knows!!trad and ladders!

another guy was so much slower than ladders and trouble with hose snags, spotting, cancellations plus the money he shelled out for equipment that he gave up after 4 weeks and sold his gear on ebay!!

i think these window cleaners just didnt have much of a clue and gave up too quickly.i had my moments in the first few weeks made worse as a changed  virtually everything over to wfp straight away!

them few newbie learning months were well worth it though!after 10 months im really flying through most of my work now and results are fantastic most of the time.

stick at it.do it every day.ask questions on here.maybe go out for the day with a local wfp cleaner.

itll be worth it in the end bumper!

best wishes
