someone would have paid alot of money for those jobs if he looses them he looses them but now they might be poached :(

OK if the guy ain't doing a good job and he looses them fair enough, but for someone to sell info on the jobs the guy is doing, so so sick
the one thing the guy is missing is the fact he stated he worked for the company who sold the round. given the fact he knows all that even down to the charge Etc i would say he has got the info without the prior employers knowing. given this it looks like he is actually breaking the law ( would have to check)
ages ago someone was leaking info from a local business and they found out, he got 3 months

I don't think its theft nowadays, i think its called using your business contacts to offer a consultacy service ;D
