Tech-Cleans degreaser was about the best, but they don't make it any more,
The OT8 is good but I find not on some really old oil stains.
I have been using Resiblock OR this year and have found it very good so far.

Both the above only good on hard surfaces, not tarmac,

Tarmac just becomes more of a problem pulling out the oils in the tarmac.

Small driveways it's far easier to have some reclaimed blocks with you and swap them over!  ;D

You could try Bio-technics BIO BT version for tarmac

www.oiltechnics.co.uk/Oil_Stains/BlockDrives/index.html#OT8jump

How good it is?  I don't know as I have not used it, oil staining on tarmac is a pain anyway.

i used their bio ta two weeks ago on stains from Christmas eve according to the
customer worked very well it got all the oil off but like it says the oil had etched
the surface leaving  dark marking  i also use ot8 regularly and i find it better than
 resiblocks OR

Robin,

Do you need to use it in any special way? Any tricks? Or is it just a matter of letting it soak, scrubbing and washing??

Are the results cinsistently good?

Cheers,

Matt

I use a broom head in aco's to filter the sludge. I boost a water slouable degreaser with acetone on concrete

matt
the bio ta and ot8 work the same wet the area shake product very well
apply the product scrub and leave for 20 mins
i scrub in between probably once then wash
Ive only ever had to treat stains once
make sure you wet area first you want to lift oil off and not send it
deeper into the block
get some and try it works for me
