depends on loads of factors but mainly price of work and how compact it is

when I took a lad on, it was great on large commercial jobs but on the residential I barely covered his wages unless we were on very compact work, so for me it did not work but I will not rule it out for the future, remember every minute travelling is two men not earning money

We have three window cleaning vans, all have two staff in them, mixture of pole and trad work, I expect them to hit around £250-£300/day/van, though we are quite rural and there can be a lot of travelling time getting to work and between work.
