I think you need to be hitting 100 pound on private work a day plus a few commercials as a bonus. whether it takes 8hrs or less to do.

£100 a day?  You are kidding, aren't you?

Some people have low hopes on here...

Between £200-250 a day. Any less and you are selling youself too short JUST to get the contract on.

I have never even done a days work cleaning windows (newb, but business minded)

A FULL day where you don't move must be worth £300? Think on residential you could charge £10, do 3 an hour so £30 an hour 8 is £240 a day.

How do you know it will take five days to do? I always charge per window, and then alter price up or down depending on how difficult the job is, n how much I want it etc. It's alot easier to work out how long it takes to do a window than a huge job. This usually works well for me.

R there many wc's in OZ? Ive got an uncle there, should go n make my fortune  ;D

counted windows, have done smaller jobs for these people before so they gave me ashot at quoteing the complex.Maybe there banken on me to undercharge. A husband and wife team did it in 4n half days.
