Does anyone set a minimum amount of work they expect, lets say a 2 man team to acheive per day, either an amount £... or number of cleans. Working on basis of no weather problems and reasonably conjested work.
I'm looking around 240 plus done trad? . (Pounds that is not jobs.)
Any comments or advice would be of help.
???

2 men should be cleaning
240 a day trad easily , more in the
region of 300 ish ;)

Cheers for that gav. Sometime you just need that 2nd oppinion. Over the last few months done a load of 1st cleans son you lose all sense of whats realistically aceivable.
Any more comments from anyone would be appreciated.

2 guys trad id expect 300 minimum, especially if they are working both off a ladder, but even working ups/downs we do around 300 easily, id have that as target

do you clean them properly to reach £300 per day?

Of course, its easy with 2 of you, even if they only do £20 an hour each they will do 300 in 7.5 hours
Some of the figures that get banded around on here and someone doesnt even believe 2 men can do 300
id of thought that was the bottom end of the scale, its not exactly bragging to say one man does 150 a day
Most trades are at that level for self employment

Think some of the calculations might be a bit optimistic based on 7 hours or 7 and a half hour days. The whole days work won't be spent 'on the glass' even if work is reasonably well bunched together. Need to calculate a reasonable travelling/unpacking/packing up time and then factor it in when setting the target rather than just saying 7 hours and multiplying by the rate you'd expect them to work at.

300 for 2 men ,you cant do that 5 days every week ,i know i have tried especially trad you knees and wrists give you some pain.

thats in urban areas, i think theres a couple who charge the same rate, but most charge £10-£12 per month. i try and charge between £1-£2 per window,

3 bed semi in Stoke is £45.
A team of 2 trad should be doing at least £650 a day.
If you go WFP though you can easily hit over £1000 but make sure the 2nd man follows behind Trad to keep the customers happy.
Dont do too much though or you will have to charge VAT and domestic customers dont like it.
Dean.
