Title: yell.com anyone bother?
Post by: windiewasher on February 17, 2011, 10:36:25 pm: i got a call the other day saying that it will be a5 book this year and only paid adverts will be in there and on the net,it will cost £25 per month for 10 months and will include a website aswell as optimization on your own site and a few other things.
Has anyboddy else been contacted?

Post by: wpclean on February 17, 2011, 11:55:54 pm: I would take up their offer straight away, and make sure you have somebody at home to deal with the all the calls you you will get ! You should maybe start to look for a couple of employees so you can cope with the workload ;D

I had a similar call. The guy was quite a nagger. He also told me there would be a limit on the number of paid ads in each section (an obvious lie). So I asked him if he wanted to do leaflet drops for me.

A recent enquiry from there has let to us being 3/4 of the way down the line with a commercial client who wants their windows done 4 times a year, £1300 a time.
