got a quote this friday for an office clean which also needs sanitary bins (something we've never quoted for) and hand towels and toilet rolls, which we've quoted for but don't currently supply.
just want to get some advice as to what to ask and find out when we're doing the quote as i'd hate to get home and find out i need to know something else.
with hand towels and toilet rolls we've previously asked how many staff there is and what the quite e.g if they need toilet rolls or toilet sheets etc to get an idea of prices, anything else i should find out?
with sanitary bins i assume we just need to find out how many female toilets they have and that's it? and then find another company that'll provide the service for us?

Sanitary bins are classed as hazard waste material and regulations have to be followed. Would look to contract that part out.

will email you gordon though think it's better to put any advice on here for all to see. i understand prices can't be said but advice is always better when shared ;)

Get lots of quotes for sanis, they can vary enormously from a £1.00 per bin onwards and check out if there is a "duty of care" price added..
-
Wow £1 per bin really?
ours are a price busting £48 per bin per year and come complete with duty of care notice
Our price still leaves lots of room for your little bit on top and still save the customer money
£1 a bin I will have 3500 on a monthly cycle please
