Title: Customer book
Post by: geefree on February 15, 2011, 06:03:10 pm
Hi,

What did or do you use for  your customer record if you dont use the George or any other computer programme?

Presume its just a book, but have you just used a plain paged book and knocked it up yourself,

or is their something you can buy which gives you one customer per page ...address at the top... then space below for around  around 20 transactions for that customer

something in a binder would be good, with address cards in order, and any new customers would be able to be slotted in the right place.

just wondered how you guys do it.

good old filo fax cant beat pen and paper, computer and programs can fail and you could loose the lot unless you got pen and paper copy, so why not just use pen an paper, its worked for years.

i would rather keep my filo fax system going, it keeps all my work sheets in it and S.A.E an calling cards, invoices quotation letters, and terms of condition letters,  fridge magnets, etc, plus spare sheets in it for price in up jobs, its the way for me,
