Hi guys can some one please tell me what is the highest tds we can use for cleaning windows without leaving marks.

hi dave well i have used a reading of 40 and it came up fine as the glass is conditioned to use treated water anything above that is a bit dicey mate u ok spoke to mike woodsetton last week said you sorted his van out for him nice chap

I've cleaned with upto 0.10 and all was fine

Hi mate that's good to know i was having a debate with a windy today and i always use mine up to 5ppm but he is not happy with that and wants me to change resin sooner so wanted to know what everybody else would do.

I've had a slight problem in the past with water at 15-17ppm tds.
I would happily use water at up to 10ppm

hi mates u ok sorted the van out dave looked a bit crap when you saw it had a canvass day and picked a few up in sedgley wfp bloke med a hash of the windows £10 he was charging for 2min work shocked me mates

glass is conditioned to use treated water
Could you expand on that please mate? Maybe I'm thick, but glass manufacturers don't treat glass in a beneficial way regarding window cleaners do they?
