Thanks, Warwick

not sure what the ninja is made of but a fibreglass kit form halfords etc would probably do the trick,

Dont think the waterproof tape would hold the presure at the bottom of the tank if it was plastic.
-
I think when they are made the waste is 2 halves welded together so I'm guessing if you can find a welder of plastic near you they can do it.
-
you can get a stop leak stick from DIY shops
As its the solution tank I do not think it comes under as much pressure as the Vac tank which tends to concave when on full suck and a repair would not remain stable

Depends where it is.
If it's on a flat part, get 2 Repair washers,
drill a hole in the centre of the split. Place
a washer either side on a good splodge of
silicon sealant and using a nut and bolt of the
appropriate size loosely tighten it. When the
Silicon has set properly tighten it up.
Plastic welded would be best if anyone in your
area does it.
The body is HDPE so adhesives are no good.

The body has a lifetime guarantee......but I doubt if they will honour it. Didn't work for me :o

try and find a local plastics company that has a plastic sonic welder.
This is just a tool that vibrates at many thousands of times a second and will melt the plastic back together ''as it was in the first place''......a permanent job.
