Title: cat fur-balls
Post by: Lavinia on February 07, 2011, 11:28:08 am
I have a client who's cat keeps throwing up fur-balls. apparently lots of flem comes out with them. I've told him to just put hot water on it and dab with a clean cloth witch he did. The problem is there seems to be a lighter patch of carpet where he has done it. He swears he didn't use any cleaners on the patches. Does anyone know why the carpet would have a lighter look to it? I would be greatfull for any advice. Many thanks

My first thought too!

Mind you how many times have you heard "no I haven't used anything on it", to find when you get there, that there is half a bottle of "bubble bath" in the stain?

Also, "dabbing" to the customer, is probably like using a sledge hammer to us ;D He may have pushed it even further into the pile.
