Title: Kits that costs big bucks

Hello chaps, We did used to sub lots of window cleaning out from our office cleaning company, we do still sub a little out now still but we did by from a local guy a cheap set up to do our own, we now have the system to produce the water, a 1000 litre tank at the store a 300 litre tank on the van and poles ect, it works well, at what point should we consider upgrading the kit to a fully fitted on board system. Is it necessary ?? We will be looking to tender some large commercial work and take on some more residential work.

Any advice would be good. Ta

I would say your set up wouldn't need upgrading too much, maybe a larger van with a 650ltr tank, but still use the storage tank as this can be filling whilst the van's out cleaning, if you install a 4040 in the van and you run out then you are stuck for a few hours.

Cheers Matt, that is great thank you. We have managed up till now with what we have but I do love all the sparkly new machines out there. But sure that they only do what our already does.  ???

Hi Simon,

I have a very good friend who really is called Wendy House, you by any chance dont have a relative called "Window" do you?

You cannot beat home made window cleaning equipment, we have fitted guttering and a drainpipe onto  and through the roof of our van, because of the Great British weather we haven't bothered with all of those ROs etc, the water just fills up a tank strapped down in the back and we use a bike pump connected to a duracell battery to pump water from the van and up through our fishing poles.

Funny, yes simple does appear to be as good as anyhting else.
