Title: Backpack set up

Hi me and my partner have a fairly small round but are trying to increase it.But the problem i have is when im leaflet dropping in leave some house's out as we are only traditional and some windows are hard to reach.
 I want to get a back pack and a pole system and the what i need to produce the pure water, im on a fairly tight budget and need some advice about what i need and where to get it, links would be handy, ive looked on ebay but im not sure the stuffs any good or not.
I would also be interested in some second hand stuff if you have any, i need to be able to deal with the hard to reach windows easier thanks..

Is the  Bayersan equipment any good?.

The Shurflo backpack is the best; though it's expensive compared to others.  I've had mine about four years now, and it gets a right hammering and it's still going strong.  Buy a spare battery if/when you get one. 

Also the lightweight fishing trolleys are best to cart the thing about; something with pneumatic tyres.

If you work with your partner, you do all the upstairs and difficult to reach ground floor windows, including all conservatories; all leaded and Georgian windows with the backpack.  And you partner should do all the easy to reach ground floor windows, knock for payment or leave envelopes.

When starting, think about your starting point so your partner isn't working first on a 'drippy window'.

When doing inside/outside jobs (we do a few offices/commercial units), I do all the outside with WFP and she starts on the inside.

With a backpack and some good team work you can do well with a backpack and rarely ever have to use ladders.

Oh, and in the meantime; if you get a house which has a window positioned in such a place that it means it's not safe to get access to it using a ladder - DON'T DO THAT WINDOW - just miss it.  Explain to the customer that it's not safe, regardless if she says, "Well my last window cleaner used to do it!"

If it feels dangerous, it is dangerous.

yep as he says, get a shurflow and u'll not look back..

quicker and safer than those ladders  ;)

get a good pole ie gardiners site - clx 18ft or bigger

Hi again thanks for the replies wheres the best place to buy a shurflo?.
