-
it's blowing like hell here too - struggled to hold on this morn. More to do after lunch, like someone said on here before it's like flying a kite.

yep keep cleaning, your not all always exposed to
the wind on the property your cleaning althoughwouldnt clean
third floor and above on gusty days and i tend to rinse

I packed up an hour or two early as well. It was getting hard to control the pole and that was at first floor level. Not much done today as spent a couple of hours queuing for a football ticket as well.

Paul you are in the same location as me? We worked all day here today.
Will be local tomorrow no matter what the weather brings there getting cleaned.
Must be because I am a tough northerner and you being a southern softie ;D

I learned my lesson when I cleaned on the 15th December, it was windy that day but not as bad as today. The windows were filthy an hour after we did them and it cost me two cancellations.
There are times when the weather makes it unfair to customers to carry on cleaning.
Gusting to 70mph here at the moment.

I clean car and vans almost every day, that way they keep looking clean - most of the time

We are right on the coast. Strong winds are a definate no no. Salt and dust particles coat everything up to 3 miles inland.
Anything over Force 4, forget it.
