Me again,

I'm with Virgin at the moment and would like to cancel the contract and instead have an email address that is remote. i.e. It's not fixed to a supplier who provides home phone, tv, internet etc. Can anyone suggest a good provider where the system is robust enough to avoid annoyance. eg gmail I hear is prone to lots of hackers, is yahoo etc etc

I switched from virgin to sky a few months back and i just use yahoo now for emails,not had a problem and the wifes been on yahoo for years with no probs.

Why not just buy a domain like carpetcleaningbristol.co.uk for a few quid a year plus another small amount for hosting and then you can have david@ carpetcleaningbristol.co.uk and you have full control or am I missing something (as usual  ;D )?
