Post by: garyfindlay on February 03, 2011, 04:13:08 pm
hi, cleaned a window today, last one thank f&ck, and mastic  or sealent now stuck to the edge of the brush. How do you remove this stuff or is it new brush time?

A custy once didn't tell me  that he had just had a window fitted about an hour before so I got mastic type stuff, all over my brush.

I just left it in turps or white spirit, can't remember, for about an hour, rinsed it really well in detergent and then pure water. Was perfect after.
