When I take my jets out I always find a white cream on them

Any idea how this happens

Very good.

Is it almost fibrous? (If thats a word) Like felt?

We get that on ours and always wondered what it could be.

Even on the filter in our SX-12 which never runs detergent in the tank only water.

Post of the day!  ;D ;D

I remember seeing a similar thing when I had a machine which could be used for dry solvent cleaning or water based.

If the solvent was not completely purged a sort of creamy scum was on the water.
