usually i price how long i think itll take me to clean and work out my hourly rate.the problem is if your new you wont be able to estimate how long a certain type of property will take.

if pricing by window i start at 75p per window.same for doors.anything over first floor £1-£1-50.

regards

I have a pricing guilde, I charge per unit, this way customers can't moan about how quickly you clean then.

For 7 years I have always use £1 per window as a rule of thumb, but if you get a bay window or patio door then may be £1.50-£2.00.

If you are pricing georgian windows then &£1.50-2.00 per window.

I'm sure you will over and underprice some houses to start with then you will learn from that and quoting will be second nature to you.
